A New York man who fatally attacked a 67-year-old Asian woman with 125 gang bangs was sentenced Tuesday to 17 and a half years in prison for hate crimes.
Esco Tammel Westchester County Court sentenced the 42-year-old to 17 and a half years in prison for assaulting him in March.
Esco followed a 67-year-old Filipino woman into a building in Yonkers, north of New York City. before committing violence He also called her in a vulgar way “asian b—-“.
CCTV footage reveals that At the time of the incident, the victim was opening the second floor door to enter the hallway. And he was hit by the villain who came from behind and punched him in the head until he fell to the ground. Then the attacker kicked and punched him more than 100 times, and spat at him.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was beaten to the point of broken facial bones. and bleeding in the brain
Esco pleaded guilty to premeditated assault as a hate crime. (first degree assault as a hate crime) last September
