Philadelphia Fed President John Harker said on Thursday that it would probably be appropriate to hold off on raising interest rates at the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting in June.
“I think it would be nice to wait and see,” Harker said at an event hosted by the Fed. “At the June meeting, I will definitely be in the camp to consider stopping rate increases,” he said.
