Player Kim Yeon-kyung and CEO Lee Seung-geon ‘Pony Jung Young Leader Award’

The Pony Chung Foundation announced on the 7th that it has selected volleyball player Kim Yeon-kyung (left photo) and Viva Republica CEO Lee Seung-gun (right) for the ‘Pony Chung Young Leader Award’.

Kim Yeon-kyung, born in 1988, has been playing a role in writing a new history in Korean women’s volleyball since she was selected as the national youth team in 2004 and has maintained her position at the top.

Lee Seung-gun, born in 1982, graduated from the Department of Dentistry at Seoul National University and gave up his career as a dentist.

The Young Leader Award was established last year to support young innovators under the age of 40. The award ceremony will be held on the 5th of next month at the I-Park Tower Ponyjeong Hall in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The winners will be awarded a cash prize of Rs.
