Police: Baltimore man killed his father, he tried to hide his body in the basement of Belvedere home

It is alleged that a Baltimore man, 27 years of age, always killed his father and left his dead body under a blanket in the basement of their Belvedere house this week, according to court documents.

Ruben Jackson Jr. was charged with a first and second stage murder when his father, Ruben Jackson Sr., died.

Baltimore police wrote in loaded documents that his Sunday evening wife found Jackson's body. She told officials that she discovered that her husband was lying down under a blanket, a much bigger shot in the head, when she went to do a laundry in the basement.

The investigators interviewed the younger Jackson, who lived in Belvedere house, and received a bullet in his right jacket pocket, and charged documents.

The 27-year-old man was also charged with assault and the use of firearms in violent crime.

No attorney is listed as Jackson Jr's representative in court records.

The victim's wife, when she arrived on Wednesday, indicated that she was not ready to speak to a reporter.
