At the same time, a ‘K-model’ was presented as a step-by-step method for daily recovery. President Moon said, “We will prepare meticulously while referring to cases in other countries where the mitigation of quarantine has led to a resurgence. I will do my best,” he said.

Meanwhile, in relation to the revision of the Military Court Act promulgated on the same day, President Moon said, “I expect it to be a significant turning point in contributing to the improvement of military human rights and barracks culture.”

The amended Military Court Act requires that general courts, not military courts, judge sexual violence crimes or death-related crimes committed before acquiring military status.
