3 days warrant review… Investigation major hurdle

The Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office’s dedicated investigation team (team leader Kim Tae-hoon, 4th deputy chief) announced on the same day that Yoo was additionally charged with breach of trust under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes and for bribery after improper treatment. Former general manager Yoo is also accused of limiting the company’s development profits, giving Hwacheon Daewoo at least 65.1 billion won in profits and causing damage to the company.
Prosecutors reclaimed the arrest warrant for Kim, who had been dismissed once. Kim is accused of giving a bribe worth 70 billion won to Yoo and giving him 500 million won of that amount, and of colluding with Yoo to cause damage to the construction company. Prosecutors requested an arrest warrant for Nam and Jung on charges of accomplices in the crime of breach of trust. The interrogation of the suspects before the arrest of three people, including Mr. Kim, will be held at the Seoul Central District Court on the 3rd.
