Large-scale protests have been held across Europe against the government’s measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
An estimated 35,000 police officers gathered in Vienna, Austria’s capital, to protest the government’s total blockade and mandatory vaccination policy.
Zurich, Switzerland, has also voiced opposition to a government regulation that requires 2,000 people to present certificates that they have received the vaccine when entering restaurants, etc.
Thousands of people also gathered in Italy and Croatia to protest against the government’s quarantine measures.
