The central leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Fawad Chaudhry, has said that he is considering filing a reference for canceling the party registration of the PML-N.
According to ARY News, in the exciting political situation of the country, the main leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf and former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry has made an important claim on Twitter.
Fawad Chaudhry has written in his tweet that Tehreek-e-Insaf is considering filing a reference to cancel the party registration of the PML-N.
The PTI leader further wrote that a fugitive accused is taking decisions of the party in violation of the Election Act.
Tehreek-e-Insaf is considering a reference to cancel the registration of the Non-League as a party. In clear violation of the Election Act, a fugitive accused is making the decisions of this party and the party has announced that they do not recognize the Supreme Court. It is itself covered by Article 6 of the Constitution

The former federal minister has said that the PML-N itself has declared that it does not recognize the Supreme Court and this declaration itself is under Article 6 of the Constitution.
