notified byTotalEnergies EP Myanmar Company On January 21, 2022, that he would withdraw from being a joint venture partner and operator in the Yadana Project and in the Moattama Gas Transportation Company (MGTC), which operates the gas pipeline business from the Project.
However, TotalEnergies EP Myanmar will continue to be the operator of the project for the next 6 months to maintain continuity in the project’s natural gas production.

The Yadana Natural Gas Project and MGTC consist of joint venture partners, TotalEnergies EP Myanmar, holding 31.2375 percent, and operator Unocal Myanmar Offshore Company Limited (UMOCL), 28.2625 percent, PTTEPI 25.5%, and Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise. (MOGE) 15%
