Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that if outsiders attempt to intervene in Ukraine, prompt action will be taken.
In a speech to the city council members of St. Petersburg on the 27th local time, Putin said, “If the outside tries to intervene in the Ukraine situation and creates a strategic threat to Russia, the response will be blitz.” said.
“All decisions in this regard have already been taken,” Putin said. “We have all the means for this. We will use it if necessary.”
“All tasks of Ukraine’s ‘special military operation’ will be fulfilled without fail,” he said.
