Doha: Ministry of Transport (MOT) officials inspected ships to ensure compliance with safety precautions.
The inspection was carried out by maritime transport affairs professionals from the ministry, maritime experts from Qatar Tourism and the Directorate General of Coastal and Border Security Moles. Authorities also checked safety and security equipment, their availability and authenticity.
