Qatar’s non-oil sector growth over 60%; GDP to rise – Jaihind TV

Doha: The contribution of the non-oil sector to the country’s GDP increased by more than 60 per cent in the second quarter of this year in Qatar. This growth will give more impetus to building Qatar’s diversified and sustainable economy.

This was stated by the PCA of the Planning and Statistics Authority. Thus, Qatar has completed the development of ports and major cities in line with the goals of the National Vision 2030. The various phases of Doha’s Hamad Port and Hamad International Airport were thus completed. It also highlights the potential of the Qatari economy to survive crises, including the Kovid pandemic
