Quarantine Exemption: Quarantine exemption for UAE nationals in Mumbai

Dubai: Mumbai has waived the quarantine for those coming from the UAE. Those coming from the UAE were exempted from the seven-day quarantine. The decision will take effect from Monday.

This is stated in the circular issued by the Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation. The circular states that travelers from UAE cities, including Dubai, do not need a quarantine or RT PCR check. But other guidelines of the Central Government will also apply to them. The seven-day quarantine has been made compulsory in Kerala since last week as per the instructions of the Central Government.

Kovid confirmed 3067 more in the UAE; Three deaths today

Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Health and Prevention today (January 16) announced that 3,067 people have been diagnosed with the new covid virus in the UAE. In the last 24 hours, 1055 patients were treated (Covid recoveries). Three more covid deaths have been reported in the country.

New patients were identified from 3,85,950 Kovid tests performed in the last 24 hours. A total of 8,05,248 people have been diagnosed with the Kovid virus in the UAE so far. Of these, 7,60,268 have already been cured. A total of 2,191 people died of Kovid infection in the country. Currently, 42,789 Kovid patients are being treated in the country.
