The company announced on December 28th (Tuesday) that it has completed measures by updating the software of its network equipment for the “failure to receive incoming calls” that has occurred for some iPhone users of Rakuten Mobile.

According to the company, the problem was caused by Rakuten Mobile’s network side, and mainly occurred when using partner lines.

If you continue to fail to receive calls after today (December 28th), we are calling on you to contact the Rakuten Mobile Communication Center.

In addition, we also provide guidance on how to deal with turning the power of the terminal itself on and off, and turning on / off Wi-Fi and airplane mode.
