“Ratchet & Clank Parallel Trouble” PC version (Steam, Epic Games Store) will be released on July 26th. No frame cap, ultrawide monitor compatible

Sony Interactive Entertainment“Ratchet & Clank Collateral Trouble”PC (SteamEpic Games Store) version will be released on July 26th (Wednesday) overseas time. At the time of writing, Japanese support is not listed on all store pages.

Ratchet & Clank Parallel Trouble is an action game originally released for PS5 in June 2021. The latest entry in the “Ratchet & Clank” series that has continued since 2002.‘Marvel’s Spider-Man’Insomniac Games, also known for the series, is at the helm.

In this work, the main characters “Ratchet” and “Clank”, who are familiar with the series, face the evil emperor who appeared from another world. Characterized by exciting battles using flashy weapons and stylish action that moves to another universe through a dimensional rift, the new character “Rivet” from the same “Lombax tribe” as Ratchet has also become a hot topic.

In the PC version published this time, Nixxes Software, which was also involved in the PC version of the “Marvel’s Spider-Man” series, seems to be responsible for shipping. The PC version supports display on ultrawide monitors and adds support for resolutions 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9. It is said that gameplay and the scenes are optimized for ultrawide monitors.

It also supports NVIDIA Reflex, which reduces ray tracing and gameplay lag, and NVIDIA DLAA, an anti-aliasing technology, without frame rate limits. In addition, it fully supports mouse and keyboard operations, and if you connect the “DualSense Controller” with a wired connection, you can experience functions such as haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.

The PC version (Steam, Epic Games Store) of “Ratchet & Clank Parallel Trouble” is to be released on Wednesday, July 26 (July 27 in Japan time).
