Revolution Ax Throwing: Another Boston-area ax-throwing bar is opening

Everett is getting more than a casino this month: It's getting the ax-throwing bar, too.

Revolution Ax Throwing is the second Boston-area ax-throwing venue to debut in recent months, Somerville's Urban Axes, which opened its doors in December. Two more ax-throwing bars from the city: the Agawam Ax House in Agawam, and Half Ax in Marlborough.

Revolution will have five ax-throwing from the groups of six or more people. Two hours of throwing time will cost $ 45 per person and Thursdaydays from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., Fridays from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Right now, Revolution is reservation-only, but plans for accepting walk-ins – and for ax-throwing leagues – are in the works.

“We Have Night Shift, Mystic Brewing, Lord Hobo, Down the Road, Downeast Cider, and Bent Water, which are all really great breweries around here,” We are hoping to get some Vermont and New Hampshire beers in the mix as well. ”
