The Super League clash will also take place at the end of the ISL 2022 – 2023 season. ATK Mohan Bagan wants a player who can participate in all these tournaments. That is why Roy Krishna found his way out of ATK Bagan.

Roy Krishna joined the Kolkata club during the 2019-2020 season. He became the ISL’s top scorer with 15 goals in his first season. Roy Krishna’s goal-scoring prowess was the main reason for them to become ATK and ISL champions in the 2019-2020 season. Roy Krishna continued to score in the 2020-2021 season. Roy Krishna also became the ISL’s top scorer of the season with 14 goals. Despite reaching the final, ATK Mohan Bagan failed to lift the championship.

Roy Krishna lost his shine in the 2021 – 2022 season. The Fijian striker was unable to repeat his goal-scoring prowess after suffering an injury. He has seven goals and four assists in 16 games for the 2021-2022 season. He has 39 goals and 19 assists in 66 matches for Kolkata.
