This year, it was officially confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will use a modified version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor clocked at 3.36GHz 2. Have the opportunity to use the same way again until the generation new from Samsung chips already.

According to Yogesh Brar, Samsung will continue to use Qualcomm’s custom processors until the internal chip it is developing is ready. The development of a new chip is official. Which could actually be ready for use in the Galaxy S25 series in 2025.

But before reaching their own chips, it is likely that Samsung will use the power of the “Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy” with overclocking for another 1-2 years.
