The deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential palace said 18 people, including two children, were killed and more than 30 others were injured.
The Ukrainian military said the building had been hit by a missile. shot from bombers flying over the Black Sea
The attack came after Russia withdrew from Snake Island. which is an important strategic island in the Black Sea The Russians have occupied the island since the beginning of the war. in hopes of using it as a base to attack the city of Odessa while the Ukrainian army claimed to be the attacking side. until successfully expelled Russia from the area
