Russian President Vladimir Putin held an 80-minute phone call with the leaders of France and Germany.

The German Chancellor’s Office said the French and German leaders urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to hold “serious and direct talks” with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the Russian ambassador to the UK said.
