Ten U.S. strategic bombers were trained to use nuclear weapons against Russia earlier this month.

“The drills were conducted in two directions, east and west,” Shoigu said.

He argued that flying at the eastern border is a threat to China as well, and that the defense cooperation between China and Russia is a factor in stabilizing the world situation.

At that time, the US Strategic Command was conducting the annual Global Thunder exercise to check nuclear readiness.

It is an exercise that North Korea denounced as a global nuclear war exercise.

In response, the Pentagon countered that it was an open exercise and that it complied with international protocols.

In addition to this exercise, Minister Shoigu said the number of U.S. strategic bombers appearing near the Russian border is increasing.

In the past month, 30 flights were made, and it even presented a specific figure that is 2.5 times higher than in the same period last year.

China’s defense ministry said on its website that it would strengthen strategic cooperation between the two military forces without mentioning the fact of the US training.
