‘Sabash Mithu’, a biopic of Indian captain Mithali Raj, will be released on July 15. Actress Tapsi Pannu will be playing the role of Mithali in the film. Earlier, the film was scheduled to release on February 4.
Mithali is the best woman cricketer the world has ever seen. The biopic will be directed by Sreejith Mukherjee. The film is scripted by Priya Aven. Sirsha Ray will handle the camera. Sreekar Prasad will be the editor and Amit Trivedi will be the music director. Sound design by Oscar winner Rasool Pookutty.
