Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix ‘flutter’… KOSPI surpassed 3000 thanks to semiconductors

The KOSPI, which had been called ‘box price’ because it was locked in a box, crossed the 3,000 point line thanks to the rise of semiconductor stocks.

According to the Korea Exchange on the 22nd, the KOSPI closed at 3013.25, up 42.23 points (1.42%) from the previous trading day. It is the first time in 14 trading days since the 2nd (3013.49) that the KOSPI crossed 3,000 points based on the closing price. Meanwhile, as the Netflix Korean original drama ‘Hell’ took the top spot in the world from the first day of its release, the stock price of J Contentry, the parent company of the production company, Climax Studio, rode a roller coaster.

The company’s stock price rose 15.88% from the previous trading day (KRW 69,900) to 81,000 won, and then surged to 24.33% to reach 85,900 won, a new 52-week high, and then fluctuated in the mid 70,000 won. and showed a steady upward trend.
