Samsung Electronics is expanding the OneUI 5.0 beta program based on Android 13 to the Galaxy S21 series launched in the US.

There are reports that the G991UEU5ZVIA firmware is currently available for the unlocked Galaxy S21 model, and the carrier model is yet to be confirmed.
Samsung Electronics announced the Galaxy S21 One UI 5.0 beta program in Korea and the UK late last month, and recently started a beta program in India as well.
OneUI 5.0 includes improved customization and upgraded features for protecting personal information for an optimized mobile experience for all users. According to the report, Samsung Electronics is expected to provide the full version of One UI 5.0 to the Galaxy S22 series as early as October or November. The Galaxy S21 series is also expected to receive an official version within this year.
