Samsung Electronics to officially announce OneUI 5.0 at SDC 2022. Will it receive the Galaxy S22 series update?

Foreign media Sam Mobile reported that Samsung Electronics is expected to release the official version of One UI 5.0 right after the ‘Samsung Developers Conference (SDC) 2022’ to be held on the 12th (local time).

“Samsung will officially talk about OneUI 5.0 at SDC 2022,” the media said. .

Samsung Electronics opened the first OneUI 5.0 beta program for the Galaxy S22 series two months ago, and four beta versions have been released so far. Late last month, US mobile operator Verizon mistakenly posted a post with the Android 13 update changelog and new features for the Galaxy S22 series on their website, raising speculation that the official version could be released in October.

On the other hand, the OneUI 5.0 version based on Android 13 is characterized by better customization functions and upgraded functions for protecting personal information for an optimized mobile experience for all users. Users will be able to design their smartphone as a ‘personal device’ with advanced customization capabilities and adjust their preferred language for each application.

New functions for protecting camera and personal information have been added, and through the new security dashboard, you can easily and accurately check the security status of your smartphone and quickly solve problems.
