Samsung Electronics’ new low-cost smartphone ‘Galaxy A04e’ has been found in the database of Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Communications Commission (NBTC) and Indonesia Telecom.
Samsung Electronics introduced two models this year as the successor model of last year’s Galaxy A03, ▲Galaxy A04 ▲Galaxy A04s. The ‘Galaxy A04e’ registered on the NBTC website has a model number of SM-A042FS/DS.
Details other than the model and product name have not yet been confirmed, but it is expected to be a version with some internal specifications changed, such as the processor, while maintaining the Galaxy A04s design. For example, the A04s has an octa-core Exynos 850 processor, while the a04e can have a Mediatek or Unisoc processor.
‘Galaxy A04e’ availability and pricing information has not been announced yet.
