San Antonio clubs, won as Alliance of American Football, season of origin

The New American Football Alliance, a winter / spring football series, launched the first Saturday night season with two games.

San Antonio Commander San Antonio Fight beat 15-6 in San Antonio, and Orlando Apollos started Atlanta Legends, 40-6, in the rain in Orlando.

There are two more matches scheduled for Sundays: Birmingham Iron Hosting Memphis Express and Arizona Hotshots hosting Salt Lake Stallions.

The NFL series has a couple of differences: There are no kickoffs, with teams starting from the 25th line after cash flow.

"The players got used very quickly," said Associated Press, series consultant Mike Pereira, former president of the NFL officials. "It's a bit of time. Our goal is to play in two and a half hours."

In addition, each skirt crew comprises a member of SkyJudge, who can immediately "clear and clear" criminal errors, like the person who successfully defeated the NFC Championship Championship.

While most of the players do not have a series of fans, some of their coaches and executives are well known for their NFL days or college football.

For example, the former coach coach, Steve Spurrier, is a former NFL reserve training in the University of Florida from 1990 to 2001, who won a national title in 1996.

Dennis Erickson is a Salt Lake coach, who has won national titles with the University of Miami in 1989 and 1991.

And Mike Singletary is the Memphis coach, best known as a former Chicago Bears linear.

The series executives include Charlie Ebersol, the long-term NBC executive son of Dick Ebersol; Bill Polian, former executive of Indianapolis Colts of the NFL; and former NFL Troy Polamalu and Hines Ward players.

Recently, Ebersol said the series does not want to compete directly against the NFL.

"We are not competitive, we are complementary," said Ebersol. "We are watching the NFL, we are supporting your existence, let them play in your series, add content to your network. They are a partner. The purpose is to improve the football ecosystem.

The new series is the beginning of a new year: the XFL revival wrestling XFL wrestling, to start playing in 2020.
