Participate in sending video clips in 5 sports, including the Talent-type Muay Thai Fight, Stack Sports Competition, B-Boy Dance Competition, and Surf Skate Competition. and the Poomsae Freestyle Taekwondo Tournament to win a total prize worth 200,000 baht, while reinforcing the awareness of the public to maintain health by exercising, playing sports and participating in sports activities continuously as well as to develop sporting events in a new and modern way and can also create economic value for the country in the future The event period is scheduled from 29 March – 27 May 2022 and open for competition results from 29 March – 14 May.

For the Thailand Online Sports Day event, the competition is divided into 5 types of sports:

1. Yutthasil Muay Thai Competition in the Talent category is open to competitors of all genders and ages, just submit a 3.45-minute clip of Muay Thai Yutthasil performance, with a maximum length of 4 minutes, using a 5×5 meter competition area. Music and gestures are designed according to their own creativity. The contestants must dress appropriately and use their Muay Thai skills correctly and completely.

2. Stack sporting event Open to contestants aged 7-12 and age 13-16. Competitors submit clips of 3-3-3, 3-6-3, and Cycle stack play with horizontal cameras. There is a resolution of 4K and the camera angle is clearly visible. Show the time in front of the camera all the time and the numbers must not be reversed.

3. B-Boy Dance Competition The contestants submitted a clip of B-Boy dancing, duration 1-1.30 minutes, emphasizing on rhythm, basics, difficulty of posture, strength, perfection. and creativity

4. Surf Skate Competition Competitors submit a clip of surfing skating in the duration of 0.45 – 60 seconds. In the qualifying round, the competition will be Wave Ramp, where competitors must submit a clip showing the time in front of the camera at all times. Emphasis on speed and fluidity with a firmness in the posture as well as creativity

5. Poomsae Freestyle Taekwondo Competition Open to competitors in 2 generations, namely 11 years old (2011) unlimited lines In the qualifying round, there will be 2 rounds of competition, namely Round 1, Taeguek 3 and Round 2, Taeguek 4, age not older. 14 years (2008), unlimited lines In the qualifying round, there will be 2 rounds of competition, namely Round 1 Taeguek 6 and Round 2 Taeguek 7, in which contestants must submit clips of both rounds of play. The horizontal camera must be set at a distance of 7 meters from the athlete. It should be in the center of the screen.
