In the “Izudin Mulabećirović-Izo” Health Center Tešanj and the Breza Health Center “Health Center” are satisfied with the response of citizens for vaccination against seasonal flu, which is the best way of protection.
“A total of 350 vaccines were given, and not a single vaccine was left in stock. Mostly chronically ill patients received vaccines”, they told us from the Tešanje Health Center.
And in Breza, chronically ill people applied the most for vaccination against seasonal flu. “We received 200 doses of vaccines for patients, of which 193 doses were used. For healthcare workers, we received 60 doses of vaccines, of which 42 workers were vaccinated. So, there are still 25 doses of unused vaccines,” said the Breza Health Center.
Citizens’ response to vaccinations, compared to the previous year, is also better in “Dom zdravlja” Visoko. “Institute for Health and Food Safety” Zenica delivered a total of 220 doses of vaccines against seasonal flu to “Dom zdravlja” Visoko. According to the submitted report of the Hygiene and Epidemiological Service on vaccination against seasonal flu, there are a total of 187 vaccinated, of which the largest number are chronic patients, namely 170,” says Amina Muharemović, from the “Dom zdravlja” Visoko JU.
