The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued rules requiring digital asset operators to prepare and submit trading data reports. Exchange and investment in clients’ digital assets for the benefit of client asset review.

The issuance of the announcement stipulating the said rules has been published in the Government Gazette and is effective from March 30, 2022 by (1) from the effective date of the announcement until April 30, 2022, the business operator will send a report to the customer when the customer request to give the business operator time to adjust; and (2) from May 1, 2022 onwards, the business operator must submit a report to the customer within the next day after the customer makes a transaction. and allow customers to view past transactions for 1 year and 6 months
