Yoon Seok-yeol, the presidential candidate for the People’s Strength, begins the official campaign schedule for the 20th presidential election, which began on the 15th, with a visit to the Seoul National Cemetery. Ahn Cheol-soo, the presidential candidate of the People’s Party, is campaigning in Daegu to start an official election campaign.
Candidate Yoon visits the Seoul National Cemetery in Dongjak-gu, Seoul at 9 a.m. on the same day, moves to Cheonggye Plaza in Jung-gu, and holds a campaign campaign titled ‘Seok-yeol Yun, raised by the people’. After that, they will move to Daejeon and hold a campaign at the Culture Street in Uneungjeong, Jung-gu, to emphasize the completion of the administrative capital, the balanced development of the land, and the plan to establish a core scientific and technological base.
After completing his Daejeon schedule, Candidate Yoon moves to Daegu and campaigns at Dongdaegu Plaza. Candidate Ahn Cheol-soo starts his official campaign schedule with a campaign at Beomeo Intersection in Suseong-gu, Daegu. Afterwards, he visits the birthplace of former President Park Chung-hee in Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and campaigns at the Central Market at Gumi Station. Then, he moves to Gimcheon-si, North Gyeongsang Province, and conducts a public greeting on the topic of overcoming Corona 19 at the Gimcheon Golden Market and holds a campaign at Gimcheon Station Square.
After that, Candidate Ahn went to Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and campaigned for the mayor of Andong, then moved to Yeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do to meet officials from the Youngju Sunheung-an clan. Afterwards, they will hold a campaign at Guseong 5-geori, Yeongju-si, and finish the first day’s schedule.
