‘Sevilla Man, I’m done’ Martial, “I will give my all”

[인터풋볼] Reporter Park Ji-won = Anthony Martial joined Sevilla and burned his will.

Martial, who had ‘dissatisfaction with the appearance’, eventually chose to loan. Sevilla officially announced on the 26th (Korean time) on the club’s website, “The club has reached an agreement to bring Manchester United and Martial on loan until this season.”

It was predictable. Martial has completely lost his place at United this season. Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho joined as new members, and Marcus Rashford, who had suffered a long-term injury, returned to the nominations. In addition to injuries, it was difficult to seize the opportunity.

Then, in December, a controversial incident occurred. In an interview with Martial’s agent, “Martial hopes to leave the team in January. He just needs time to play. I will soon meet and talk with Man Utd.”

Interim manager Ralph Langnick expressed an unpleasant reaction to this. “I will not communicate with agents who have spoken through the media,” he said. Martial never spoke to me about the transfer. If you really want to go to another club, you have to be a player who can tell the board and me.”

As a result, the relationship between the two of them was completely different. In the end, the loan was pursued, and Martial moved to Seville. Sevilla is second in La Liga in Spain and has reached the UEFA Europa League (UEL) round of 16 playoffs.

Martial shared his feelings about joining the club through the club’s channel. “I wanted to run,” he said. Sevilla is a great club and I have talked a lot with the manager. He told me, ‘I’d be happy here, I should have run there, but I wasn’t’. I am very happy to be here,” he said.

“I will do everything I can to help the team,” he said. I’ve been training well while I’m not playing, so I’m ready to show what I can do. I will make good use of my training and communicate well with my colleagues. I will give everything for Sevilla.”
