The Kovalam police registered a case against Eldos Kunnapally MLA on the sexual harassment complaint filed by the teacher. The case is under non-bailable section. Sections including offensive femininity and bodily harm were charged. He was also charged with kidnapping and threatening.
KPCC will also investigate the complaint. A two member committee will be appointed. A report is requested within two days.
