HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – A man is emerging after his shot in the back in Hartford early on the morning of Sunday.
According to officers, at 2:43 a.m., a shot spotter activation unit responded to the Greenfield Street and Nelson Street. Officers were told that they were going to the scene.
The Officers said that while the 26 year old man from Avon was in charge of the area, which was located near Midland Street and Main Street with one wound wound on the back.
The victim stated to the police that he shot in the area where the investigation was immediately shot and dropped before the police came on the spot.
The victim is listed as in a steady condition at this time.
The Major Crime Division has taken control of this investigation.
