“Show me out the window” Video call with a 9-year-old child to rescue the driver from brain hemorrhage

A car is standing on the shoulder. The driver in his 30s was in critical condition due to brain hemorrhage, and his 9-year-old nephew was in the car with him. It was thanks to a video call with the child that the police were able to find and rescue them.

I was dispatched to the scene after receiving a report from a woman who said she couldn’t contact her sister who was driving.

A woman in her 30s, the driver, and her nephew, 9-year-old B, were in the car together.

It was on the way home from going to a hospital in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do for sick Miss B.

The police called to confirm the exact location, but Mr. A was unable to speak properly.

After changing the voice call to a video call, the police officer tells Miss B, who was with him, to show him the outside of the car window.

It reassures an anxious child.

After confirming the location with the landmark on the screen, the police immediately rushed to the scene.

The police, who arrived at the scene of the car soon after, control the surroundings to prevent a secondary accident.

On behalf of Mr. A, the car is moved to a safe place, and ambulances will arrive soon.
