Signed a tourism promotion business agreement with Nexon Korea Tourism Organization

Nexon (CEO Jeong-heon Lee) signed an MOU with the Korea Tourism Organization (acting president Sang-yong Shin) on the 21st for ‘promotion of domestic and foreign tourism using game contents and expansion of tourist attraction’.

With this agreement, Nexon and Korea Tourism Organization plan to share and utilize each company’s contents to promote domestic and overseas Korean tourism and to revitalize the tourism industry. Starting with Nexon’s representative mobile game ‘Dungeon & Fighter Mobile (hereafter Dunfa Mobile)’, we will develop various cooperative projects and plan to expand to other projects in the future.

Nexon produced a collaboration video that combines ‘Dunpa Mobile’s ‘Lotus Raid’ with ‘Yeosu’ in the ‘Feel the Rhythm of Korea’ series, a promotional video for Korean tourism. In addition, items using the slogan and character of the Korea Tourism Organization in ‘Dunpa Mobile’ will be produced and sold, and the sales profits will be donated to social contribution activities in the tourism field. Korea Tourism Organization will promote Korea tourism in 2022 to Nexon We provide the right to use the video.

Kim Hyun, Nexon’s vice president of business, said, “I think it’s meaningful that ‘Dunfar Mobile’ can contribute to the Korean tourism promotion campaign that will succeed the topic of ‘Mudmax’ through this business agreement. We will continue to discover ways to not only revitalize the tourism industry, but also use it for the public good.”

Shin Sang-yong, vice president of Korea Tourism Organization, said, “We created a great opportunity to promote Korean tourism promotion video through collaboration with Nexon, the representative player of K-game. We will do our best to make it happen,” he said.
