On May 29, in the abbreviated procedure hearing, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison, and payment in the amount of 10 thousand 372 pesos with 20 cents for funeral expenses and 864 thousand 350 pesos to the representative of the minor.

Regarding this case, on November 18, 2022, the mother of the minor requested the help of Red Cross personnel, since the latter observed that the baby was no longer breathing, the paramedics appeared at a house in the 10 de Mayo neighborhood. , from the City of Guamúchil, and certified that the girl had no vital signs.
