Singer Jeon In-kwon fined 1 million won for throwing a tile at a neighbor’s house

Singer Jeon In-kwon, who threw a tile at the door of a neighbor’s house, was ordered to pay a fine of 1 million won.

According to the legal report on the 3rd, the 12th criminal division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office (Deputy Prosecutor Lee Deok-jin) made a summary indictment on the charge of property damage with a fine of 1 million won in July.

On the 6th of last month, the Seoul Central District Court’s 27th Criminal Division accepted the prosecution’s request as it was and issued a summary order of 1 million won in fine.

A summary order is a procedure that imposes penalties, such as fines, minor fines, and confiscation, without a formal trial if the charges are relatively light.

Jeon, who lives in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, is said to have thrown a tile tile at the door of his neighbor’s house in September last year while he was having friction saying that the house next door was infringing on his right to view by building a roof that was raised about 1m.
