Singer Su-nam Seo confessed that he had a history of being diagnosed with diabetes in his late 50s due to stress, overwork, and binge eating.

Singer Su-nam Seo, who worked as a duo ‘Su-nam and Sub-Cheong-il’, gave an update after a long time. Seo Soo-nam, who appeared on MBN’s ‘Korea 1% Health Hearing’, which aired on the 17th, shared the story of how he suffered from deteriorating health.

Singer Seo Su-nam said that Ha Chung-il started to work alone when he started his business, but said, “I was forced to work alone and my body was ruined.” In addition, his wife suffered a financial accident, and his debts grew to billions of won.

Recalling that time, Sunam Seo said, “When I wake up in the morning, I go out to the singing class and work, and in the evening I come home as green onion kimchi. The only way to relieve stress was eating. I was diagnosed with diabetes because I was eating more and not exercising.”

Su-nam Seo, who became ill with diabetes in his late 50s, explained that he started managing it after realizing that he was old due to a sudden diagnosis of an adult disease. Su-nam, who has changed his lifestyle 180 degrees since then, said that he now enjoys fruits and dairy products in the morning.
