“Siri” rather than “Hey Siri” may be enough to enable Apple’s voice assistant in the future

According to Mark Gurman, Apple may be working on a new command to enable Apple’s digital voice assistant in the future. You can just say “Siri” and you don’t have to say “Hey Siri” every time you want to activate it.

However, I hope and believe that Apple will keep the current “hotword” so that you can choose what you want to say to activate Siri in these cases.

Whether and when this rumor becomes true remains to be seen!
