Smoothie with coffee and cinnamon – news

Ingredients:

(for 4 people)

– 2 teaspoons of instant coffee

– 4 full spoons of oatmeal

– 2 Charm

– 2 bananas

– 625 ml of milk of your choice

– 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Preparation:

Soak oatmeal and chia seeds in part of the milk. Leave for ten minutes or preferably overnight.

Use dates as a sweetener, it says N1

Put all the ingredients in a blender, grind them into a smooth mass, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
