Miss B, who ran away from the car, went to a nearby convenience store and asked for a report to the effect that “Mr. A ran away with a cell phone.”
The police, who were sent after receiving the report, promptly arrested Mr A at his home 4 hours after the report.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that Mr. A met Miss B through a random conversation. In addition, 3 other students contacted Ms. B with Mr A and decided to accept the money, and an additional investigation was launched.
