Football Association of Thailand Open for applications for teams to participate in the football competition “Thailand Amateur League 2022”, where interested teams can follow the steps and fill out a form to inform their intention to participate in the competition. Period from 28 March to 8 April.
Procedure for applying for the Thailand Amateur League (for teams that have already applied for membership clubs)

2. Upload other documents into the system https://forms.gle/A4wgrSkM5QQQumw57 consisting of
2.1. Documents confirming participation in the competition by downloading at https://bit.ly/36sp2E3 with the signature of the authorized signatory
2.2. Copy of proof of transfer of membership fees or a copy of the evidence of applying for membership in the association or a receipt issued by the Football Association
2.3. Copy of proof of transfer of application fee and team security deposit
2.4. Copy of the front page of the bank passbook according to the name of the rightful owner (to be used for insurance refunds)
