Kolkata: BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has been discharged from hospital after suffering a concussion. Ganguly, who was undergoing treatment at Woodland’s Hospital in Kolkata, was discharged from hospital on Friday after failing a Omicron variant test.
Ganguly was admitted to Woodland’s Hospital in Kolkata on Monday after Kovid tested positive. Hospital officials said his condition was “satisfactory”.
This is Ganguly’s third hospitalization this year. Ganguly, who was admitted to hospital in January this year due to chest pain, was diagnosed with a heart attack. He was then subjected to angioplasty. Then 20 days later, Ganguly developed a similar chest pain. He underwent a second stage of angioplasty.
