Specialized indigenous publication in Jizan, Saudi Arabia

Jeddah: A special native has been announced in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The ministry has suggested that 70 percent of the natives should be appointed in the specified positions within six months. The special order for Jizan is part of the nationalization plan.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has published new indigenous regulations for Jizan only. According to the order, 70 per cent of the total workforce in jobs in sales outlets, advertising agency counters, photo studios and laptop repair shops should be indigenous. Also the same provision applies for booking offices and supervision work in a wedding hall, hall, wedding and event organization. But this does not apply to those who do uniform work such as cleaning, loading and unloading.

At the same time, there is a provision that the number of such employees should not exceed 20 percent of the total number of employees in the organization. In the procedure published by the ministry, it is stated that 50 percent of jobs related to the operation and maintenance of passenger ships and related jobs should be indigenous. The first phase will be implemented after six months and the second phase after 12 months. The Ministry also released a guide detailing the procedures for implementing the scheme. Earlier, as part of the regional indigenous plan, indigenous ones were published in only a few posts in Madinah. After that, a special plan has been announced in Jizan as well.
