Srilal got out of the car and walked hand in hand; To Malayalam Cinema | Success story of movie director Sreelal Narayanan

Meet Srilal. The life of Srilal Narayanan, who entered Malayalam cinema with 80 per cent dissent and courage alone, is an inspiration to many. Project designer and producer N.M. Srilal is the author and director of ‘Spring’, a film produced by Badusha Productions and directed by Badusha.

Badusha shared with the film lovers through a Facebook post that Srilal, who has been directing commercials for seven years, has come and told the story and is now walking towards his dream of cinema. Badusha explains that when he came to see her, he got out of the car and walked with his hands clasped.

Although many young actors left Srilal to tell the story, many were not impressed with the subject or the person who came to tell the subject. With this, Srilal said that he has faith in the subject and can do it with newcomers. Adil and Aradhya are the hero and heroine in the movie. The shooting of Badusha Productions’ second film ‘Spring’ will start next month.

This is Srilal. He is the director and writer of ‘Spring’, the second film we announced yesterday under the banner of Badusha Productions. I have no acquaintance with Srilal. It’s just that I’ve seen it somewhere in between. Srilal is 80 per cent physically challenged. A call from Srilal one day. One must see me and said that there is an important thing to talk about. I told him to come. After a while, a car came and stopped in my backyard. Srilal got out of it and he was walking with his hands clasped. I reached the side of Srilal. When he tried to hold her hand, the answer was no. Srilal came into the house with his hand in his pocket and sat on the sofa.

And then spoke to me. ‘I have been in this field for seven or eight years. Necessary ad films have been done. I want to do a movie. I have a subject in my hand. I came to tell it to Ika. ‘ In 10 minutes Srilal told a story. After hearing the story, I told Srilal. The story is very well done. But this is not a film that should go to the big stars. A small picture. That is how Srilal wrote the story. Decided to do it as a small film that can be done without huge financial expense. Later, discussions about the film continued. Srilal came to Chottanikkara while the movie ‘Star’ was going on.

Talked about casting stuff. Although many young actors left Srilal to tell the story, many were not impressed with the subject or the person who came to tell the subject. With this, Srilal himself said, “Let’s do this with new people.” I was told that I had great faith in this subject. But even that did not go as planned. That’s how Adil and Aradhya, the current casting, came to be. So that movie is becoming a reality. Filming for our movie ‘Spring’ is set to begin next month.

What always amazes me is Srilal’s courage. Forgetting all his disabilities, Srilal is on the verge of realizing his dream. How energetically he runs. Come and see me today. Then I said, let’s take a photo. This is the picture. I am very happy and excited to be able to make Srilal’s dream come true. I pray the film will be a huge success. Must be accompanied.
