If the tap water consumed amounts to more than 100 baht but does not exceed 315 baht, a support amount of 100 baht will be granted, while the remaining cost must be paid by the cardholder. If water consumption exceeds 315 baht, the state welfare cardholder will be responsible for paying the entire water bill.
