French President Emmanuel Macron said, “What we have seen since February 24 (the start of the war in Ukraine) is the return of imperialism and colonialism. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan Turkiye, who has acted as a mediator between Russia and Ukraine, said, “There are no winners in war. “There will be no losers in a fair peace process,” he said. In an interview with US PBS TV, President Erdogan emphasized that Russia should return to Ukraine the Donbas region, which was stolen in this war, including Crimea, which was forcibly annexed by Russia in 2014.

The Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, warned of the global energy crisis caused by war, criticized Russia, saying, “The unrest of the world is growing because of the demonstration of nuclear power and the threat to the safety of nuclear power plants .”
