‘Suni likely to be released on bail’ | Malayalam Actress attack case

Kochi: The Ernakulam Magistrate’s Second Court yesterday recorded the confession of film director Balachandra Kumar, who made new revelations against actor Dileep, the accused in the abduction and torture case of the actress. The recording started at 1.30 pm and ended at 7.30 pm.

The Crime Branch is conducting further investigation on the basis of legal advice that the revelations made by a person close to Dileep could not be ignored before the witness examination was completed. The trial court will consider the petition of the inquiry team to stay the trial of the case on the 20th. The apex court is considering the state government’s request to allow six more months to complete the trial after examining new evidence.

Investigators searched the jail cell where the first accused Sunil Kumar (Pulsar Suni) had allegedly handed over a letter allegedly handed over to his mother on the veranda of the court stating that his life was in danger in jail, but to no avail. Balachandrakumar had said that there was a possibility of Suni being released on bail.

Police say the child may not have been named

Kochi ്യൂ Even after Balachandra Kumar’s confession was recorded, the rumors surrounding the ‘VIP’ in the allegations continue. According to Balachandra Kumar, when the VIP arrived at Dileep’s house on the day he was staying, Dileep’s cousin’s son ‘Sarath Uncle’ came and called him. But the investigation team concluded that this may have been a mistake on hearing and that this was not the name of the VIP. Police believe that Balachandra Kumar is reluctant to reveal the name of the politically influential VIP

More witnesses will come from the film industry

‘There will be more witnesses from the film industry in the case of torturing the actress. Information about Dileep’s acquaintance has been revealed in court. There is still a threat from the opposition. ‘ – Balachandrakumar
