Supercomuter estimates the Man City Championship League - and FC Liverpool fans will hate it

The Champions League quarter finals will take place this afternoon with Manchester City meeting with Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool FC Porto.

Manchester United have a twist on Wednesday and welcome Barcelona to Old Trafford, and Aventx is also on Juventus.

But who is your favorite person to land the Champions League trophy in Madrid? High computer rates at the Star Spreads Champions League, Man City is much better than Liverpool as they want Europe's glory – despite the red men who face the competition and 1% of chancers, FC Porto.

Boffins from the betting firm scattered the final result in the Champions League based on a unique statistical model. The rows of calculations and complex variables include home and away form, records against opponents and various European records engaged in football.

The city has a 28% chance to win the competition, according to Star Spreads, with Barcelona (22.5%) and Juventus (21%) listed as second and third respectively.

Liverpool is back in fourth with a projected chance (18%) of the Champions League to win before a huge drop to the other four sides.

Manchester United is in charge of that package at 4%, with Tottenham Hotspur (3.5%), Ajax (2%) and Porto (1%) close to their back.

Star Spreads spokesman said: “This may be a historic victory for Manchester City as this is the last trophy required to win an unprecedented four. Even though they are your favorite, they always have tough tests like Tottenham, Juventus and Barcelona.

“Liverpool cannot be discouraged at this stage of the competition but Manchester United and Tottenham both seem too long to qualify for Champions League football next season at home.” T
